YES this is your last chance!
The second year of the stock ownership plan YES is coming to an end. Tomorrow will be the last day to renew last year’s subscription or enrol for the first time in the Plan. We have asked the opinion of some of our Group’s employees on the results so far, which can however further improve. Don't miss the opportunity to subscribe!
Here are their comments:
“The real news of this year is the YES App, which had a great success. In fact, everyone can use YES App to monitor company performance (share price) and receive updates on what’s new in Prysmian. Anywhere, anytime.”
Xiao Peter, SG
“Oulu — plant under the Northern Lights said YES! We had an excellent improvement in participation compared to last year and this is a clear message that people in Oulu trusts the Group. Furthermore, Prysmian invested €40 million in Pikkala. Thank them and say YES, especially this year.”
Pitkanen Hanna Leena, HR Finland
“This year our employees had the opportunity to use their savings in the employee saving scheme to say YES and buy shares. This has been considered a great benefit!”
Gaudillat Francoise, FR
“It was great to see this week a big group of our IT Colleagues coming together with their ambassador to enroll for the first time or confirm last year’s subscription. There was a great team spirit … and this is the sense of the Plan: to be part of something bigger, our company, as the team achievements are definitely more than the sum of individual actions.”
Gianluca Dellepiane, HR Italy
“Rybinsk said YES! Despite the ruble’s erosion and the crisis, we are getting good results in terms of applications. In fact, 24 employees in Operations decided to participate for the first time, and we received 5 blue collars’ applications which are completely new to the YES Program. We said YES because we trust in the Group!”
Sacha Marnati, HR Russia
“When one of our colleagues’ 15 year-old daughter heard the details about YES, she said that she would do her best to work in Prysmian Group in the future, adding that “A manager who shares his profits would be the manager with whom I would share my career and future plans.” No needs to add words …”
